I am a part time PhD student in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering and Informatics at Cyprus University of Technology, under the supervision of Prof. Michael Sirivianos.
My research interests lie in the areas of big data, wireless sensor networks and IoT, transactional workload scalability, and blockchain technologies. Lately I am focused on blockchain research and repeatability engineering.
I currently work in the IT department of the Cyprus National Guard. I am the project manager and administrator for all HR systems.
I received my Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering Diploma from the Hellenic Air Force Academy in Athens, Greece, in 2006. In 2012 I received my MSc on Advanced Information Technologies from University of Cyprus.
I have served as Aviation Engineer and Quality Control Officer in Cyprus Airforce (2006 to 2015) and I am an EASA Licensed Aviation Engineer.
